A-V Impulse System

Case Study
Major reduction in swelling after 24 hours treatment
1. 65 year old female, four days after fracture of left distal radius
2. Hand Impad applied to reduce swelling. Four hours of pumping allowed application of Pennig Dynamic Wrist Fixator
3. Appearance after 24 hours of pumping. Note full flexion of the hand regained.

DVT Prophylaxis
